He was here with us for a seminar on Saturday, January 30, 1999 to address our volunteer workers who are currently helping with our church's Alcohol and Drug Abuse Recovery Program. Brother Norm shared meaningful insight to aide others as they reach out to the bound and hurting. Brother Norm shares out of a heart of compassion knowing that only the truth of God's Word will set people free and keep them free.

As you know, your presentation received an overall rating of a 5.0 on a 5 point scale. This is the highest possible rating and the first educational program offered by NEW HOPE to receive a rating at this level.
